So I promised in today’s email that I would be giving you a top secret fitness tip that would dramatically increase your well-being and fitness.
So here we go!
The best thing that you can do to increase your overall fitness and well-being… is to drink water..;
Now some of you are saying, Jessica I already drink water.
Well everyone does! But the thing is people are not drinking enough of it!
Water makes up over 70% of the body and is essential to life!
They say you can go weeks without food, but only 3 days without water.
That shows you how important it is!
So right now in your body, you have a lot of retained water. Retained water will make you weigh more.
So if you’re looking to drop a couple pounds. Try drinking more water!
What this does is, it flushes out your body of all that excess water when you go to the bathroom.
You should try and drink half an ounce to an ounce of water in your body weight per day. So if you weigh, for example, 200 pounds. You should try and drink 100-200 ounces of water per day.
Some people recommend, you drink 8, 8 ounce glasses of water, but it’s all up to your personal preference, try whatever works best for you.
Now some people don’t like drinking water, or they don’t like the taste of it.
That’s completely fine, I have some more good news for you.
